Slap Slap "Five Hiding!"

Note: If your students are young, you may choose not to include this step in the game since they may get enthusiastic and end the game before they have a chance to know for sure that all of their five small cards are good ones. In that case, teach them to continue to play until all the cards are gone from the stack.

Once a player has seen all his cards and believes he has a better hand than his partner, he slaps his knees twice with both hands and calls out, “Five Hiding!” The other player often looks up in surprise, "Really?" The other player now has one more turn to improve her hand.

Then it's time to reveal the cards one at a time and score each card.
