Students play in pairs. Each one places the Five C’s on their staff slates using red magic notes. The two clef notes, Treble G (blue magic note) and Bass F (green magic note), are added to the staff slate. Students put a different little animal on each magic note.
Little animals on the Treble G and Bass F are optional since this game is mainly about trading the Five C's.
Michiko says, “Godlieve, will you trade me your low C armadillo for my middle C rhinoceros?”
