Using Two Staff Slates

In Brief:

Students talk to each other and trade the Five C's, Treble G, and Bass F, with little animals on magic notes between the grand staff and the piano (or two staff slates). May be adapted for other instruments

Objectives:

Label each of the Five C’s according to their staff placement and pair each one with the correct octave on the piano

Prerequisite Concepts:

Five C's on the grand staff and previous staff games

Teacher's Role:

Demonstrate how to play the game then assist and observe students during play
