Whisper, "Ready go" and everyone whispers, "pianissimo" together. Repeat each dynamic position as you say the words in increasing volume together.
After forte, call out, "JUMP" and everyone yells, "fortissimo" in a very loud voice (but not screaming) while jumping with hands high in the air.
