In Brief:
Students learn 14 more advanced Blue Jello rhythms and hand signs adding to the 14 learned in set 1. Everyone loves this set and finds the rhythms quite hilarious
Objectives:
Students learn to hear, feel and see rhythm as note groups (like words) rather than individual notes or rests
Prerequisite Concepts:
Blue Jello Cards Set 1
Teacher's Role:
Playing together, sit with your students demonstrating the Blue Jello vocabulary and hand signs. Help them as necessary, but you'll be amazed how easily they pick up these cards after all their game experiences in Unit 1
Repetitions:
Blue Jello cards are repeated many, many times and used with various games until all the hand signs and rhythms are thoroughly learned and incorporated into students' musical sensitivity. More Unit 2 games will be added soon
